This agreement is governed by the laws of The Netherlands. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

- (a) your breach of these website Terms, Conditions and Notices or the documents referenced herein;
- (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
- (c) your use of this website.
As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant to Disorderly Habits that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.

You may electronically copy and print hard copies of pages from this website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to placing an order or shopping with disorderlyhabits.com. Images on this site are incorporated for viewing purposes only and may not be saved or downloaded in any format.
Secure Processing
Disorderly Habits uses secure processing called SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt your data, including your credit card information, so that it cannot be read while being transferred over the internet.
Return Policy
Disorderly Habits will gladly accept returns and issue an on-line store credit or refund the item. Items to be returned or exchanged must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition unopened with all original tags attached. You must first contact us through email. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted. Note that you must ship the item back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
For any returned items, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you return a full order with all the items purchased, you will receive a full refund, including the original postage fee.
Shipping
At this time, Disorderly Habits will be shipping to countries within the European Union (EU), as some selected international locations.
You have the choice between tracked and Non tracked shipping. Please not that for all non tracked shipping, you will not be insured and therefore we are not accountable for any non delivery.
All orders are shipped with DPD Group A, B and C will be shipped Standard, group D will be shipped Express Saver. Please find the breakdown in the table below:

Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Shipping time depends on your location. NL orders placed before 4pm will be delivered between 3-5 working days, central Europe within 5 business days and all over other countries please allow up to 10 business days. Note these transit times are estimates and may vary.
